Inside the app
Every copy of ChatMD Studio has a Get Help page built in. If the app is already installed that is the faster route, because it knows which version you are on and what it is set up to use.
What happens to what you send
It goes to a private queue that only the developer reads. Nothing is published, nothing is passed to anyone else, and no automated reply is sent. If you left the email box blank the message is anonymous, and there is no way to reply.
The only email it sends is a notification to a fixed address that nothing you type can change, so it cannot be used to send mail to anybody else.
What ChatMD Studio does with your data
Nothing leaves your machine. There are no accounts, no telemetry and no analytics, and the conversion tools work with the network switched off. The full detail is in the privacy policy, and the terms of use set out what the app costs and what it never claims over your files.
